- TTTnscadAug 13, 20251.0Customer experience was great from the start. I asked to have the old top removed from the beginning as was told they would remove the old tops. During the installation I asked again and was ignored. I went to the trouble to remove the old tops to save the installation crew time and labor of doing this task. Needless to say that left the old top in the kitchen. I ask again that day after the sales person sent me the video of the complete installation and she did not answer me for the second time that day. I now understand that they had no intention on removing the debris or I would have received an answer to both times I asked the day of the work. There is a few places on the edge that could have been polished more, they are course to the feel. Hope this helps the next buyer. Also I referred another customer that is purchasing new countertops.

I was so impressed with their response and how they guaranteed their work and came to our house and fixed it. Free of charge. I used another company for another project at another house and expected the same type of service and warranty…needless to say there is a difference. I regret I did not use MC granite. MC GRANITE IS AWESOME!

I gave square footage and asked her to quote based off middle of the road price...After multiple emails...I'm still waiting for an answer ! It is pretty sorry when even Lowes can give a price within 24 hours and this place can't. Based off the reviews I was hoping to be on the schedule for install by now. Very frustrating that they can't get an employee to help instead of stalling.
