- WWWade WadeDec 14, 20253.0MC Granite has a small showroom and isn’t glamorous by any means. However, that isn’t necessary if you have good customer service and quality products. They do have a nice selection of countertops, with samples on racks outside the front door. The quality is excellent. Unfortunately, we’ve had several clients who have ordered a countertop here, only to receive the wrong one. The system is inefficient at MC, and employees were only mildly helpful when we came in to order some granite.
- TTTnscadAug 13, 20251.0Customer experience was great from the start. I asked to have the old top removed from the beginning as was told they would remove the old tops. During the installation I asked again and was ignored. I went to the trouble to remove the old tops to save the installation crew time and labor of doing this task. Needless to say that left the old top in the kitchen. I ask again that day after the sales person sent me the video of the complete installation and she did not answer me for the second time that day. I now understand that they had no intention on removing the debris or I would have received an answer to both times I asked the day of the work. There is a few places on the edge that could have been polished more, they are course to the feel. Hope this helps the next buyer. Also I referred another customer that is purchasing new countertops.
