The tech who came to our house offered his help in choosing a replacement toilet from Home Depot instead of fixing the old one. He offered to go to get the new toilet so he could put it in. He installed it but left the job unfinished. The toilet turned out to be the wrong height. It was a mistake by the tech and us in that we misread the product description. We asked Maynard to swap out the wrong toilet for the correct one. They refused unless we pay for another installation. We already have paid them $500 to have a toilet partially installed. Now they won’t talk with us and are misrepresenting the issue. We are long standing, elderly customers whom they consider expendable. Stay away from this company; not quality service or customer support.
