  I was so excited about the floors we purchased. We spent a fortune on them but thought they would be well worth it. It’s been a nightmare since install. Shortly after starting the install we realize the boards are not all cut to equal widths. Some were about 1/8” narrower which results in gaps between the boards. I immediately called the store and the manager came to my house. He promised he would talk to corporate and take care of us but said they can continue installing. He said he would follow up later that week but never heard from him. For 4 weeks I called over and over continuing to get the run around. ‘Oh I was just about to call you’. Sure. The last call he said the problem is the installers didn’t rack the flooring. They did- I saw them do it. But even if they didn’t that didn’t cause the problem. It’s obvious the blade was slightly off when cutting some of the boards. I called corporate myself and was told I should have immediately called them. Yea I did that. It cost me another fortune since it took so much longer for the installers to get the floor in properly and to repair plus we needed to use a ton of extra flooring. They offered to refund me 1/3 of the extra costs I incurred then blamed my installers because they installed a defective floor. I was also told the store manager would call me. Still waiting for that call. This experience was a really expensive nightmare.
