This last time I dropped off a small barber chair hydraulic pump, the same one they charged me to repair 5 months earlier, only to never hear from them. I finally called 6 months later and left a message for them to return my call. Never heard back so I drove to the business and asked for my pump. The tech couldn't find it and when he did it was obvious he had never touched it! Hard to believe this business exists but it's b/c there is no other shop that repairs small hydraulic pumps in Nashville that I could find. I'm gonna pay the exhorbitant shipping next time and send it anywhere to get better service than this place.
