In this newfound world of Kens & Karen's who feel their wants & needs are to be met and catered to at the snap of a finger I can tell you that bashing a business as well as these guys just shows YOUR true colors NOT theirs..As a trade professional who frequently purchases from this location sometimes twice a week, these guys go above & beyond the call of duty & service..Friendly, helpful & professional..You wanna see how chaotic & frustrating a Ferguson can be? Go visit the Elm Hill Pike branch on any given morning..Not bashing that store by any means but it's quite a bit more busy & less personable in terms of customer service...If you're just Johnny homeowner or Hot glue gun Sally & wanna play plumber, go to lowes or home depot and maybe they'll cater to your every whim & feeling.. Ferguson is for us grown ups who do this for a living and not just cuz we saw it on HGTV & wanna be boastful that we did our own " plumbing" for clicks & likes..
