They really just hacked the header out of this doorway to install a roll up door in this trailer I’m working on and left it, instead of saying “hey, we need you to take this header out so we can get this done.” Made another project within a project that could’ve been so much easier if your guys didn’t take the portaband and hack up whatever was in the way, and then leave it like that. And the cuts weren’t even close to square. Y’all had a welder on your service truck. The least you could’ve done is fix your hack job. Don’t worry though, I got it. If that’s the best you can do, 0/10. Do not recommend.

- AKAshley KennedyNov 20, 20131.0WORST experience EVER!!! In 2011, our garage door broke, and we called Crawford Door Sales, they came out and replaced the racks on BOTH garage doors for $147. Recently, one of the garage doors broke again, so we called Crawford. SAME problem again. They replaced ONE rack this time.... we get the bill..... $425!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was BLAZING mad... I called, and they assured me that it was THEIR mistake and that they would correct it and get me a new invoice. A few weeks went by and I get ANOTHER invoice in the mail for $425 saying they would turn me into collections if I didn't pay. I call them AGAIN. They told me that they remembered speaking to me and that somehow the bill didn't get fixed, so they would send me the correct invoice. A couple weeks later, my husband gets back into the country from deployment to 10 VOICEMAILS from Crawford saying that we have yet to pay our $425 balance on our account. So yet AGAIN... I call. The guy tells me that he will just fix it over the phone....... ok, great...... and then he proceeds to tell me that the actual amount we owe is $250!!!!!!! WHAT!? We had 2 racks replaced in 2011 for $147, and in 2013 it costs $250 for ONE!?!?!?! He then tells me to email him the invoice for our 2011 repair so he can look at it... I dig it out... email it to him... and he emails me back saying that we owe $175!!!!!!!!!!!! Still confused at HOW we would owe $175 for ONE rack and paid $147 for TWO rack replacements, I email him back about the matter to which he replies that it was a mistake and we actually owe $145!!! Apparently the SAME amount now for ONE rack as for TWO. I am SO SICK of arguing that I'm just going to pay the $145 and hope to NEVER have an encounter with these folks EVER again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And their website states that they follow up with a phone call to make sure you are satisfied with the service you received....... NEVER happened.
