They really just hacked the header out of this doorway to install a roll up door in this trailer I’m working on and left it, instead of saying “hey, we need you to take this header out so we can get this done.” Made another project within a project that could’ve been so much easier if your guys didn’t take the portaband and hack up whatever was in the way, and then leave it like that. And the cuts weren’t even close to square. Y’all had a welder on your service truck. The least you could’ve done is fix your hack job. Don’t worry though, I got it. If that’s the best you can do, 0/10. Do not recommend.

When they finally show, they don't do the job correctly and have to come back. Even then when you schedule, confirm, and re-confirm they don't show up. If it wasn't a warranty issue, I'd have someone else complete the work.
