- NSNora SloanDec 29, 20255.0Rick was great. He was efficient and solved my issue. He informed me along the way what was happening and the cost upfront. Any time I had to contact dispatch, it was easy. It was easy to reschedule when it was clear that the plumbing still wasn’t working correctly. There was an additional clog that was not initially found. I suspect that the clog moved at some point. It can be frustrating to not have your problem solved the first time but sometimes time and additional rechecks are needed. Rick was very nice and even though we couldn’t exactly recreate the problem while he was here, he continued to try and find the problem - succeeding. The additional fee was reasonable (only charged for plumber’s/professiobal time). They worked with my work schedule which can be chaotic and unpredictable. As the problem wasn’t solved again completely they sent out a manager with Christian. They found the problem (much bigger than anticipated) and fixed it that night even staying very late when I offered to let them come back another day. I do believe they were trying to solve my issue every time and took me seriously.

Awesome customer service provided by him. Shout out to plumbing manager Charles as well for his awesome customer service in ensuring that a part was overnighted to my home in order to successfully repair my hot water heater! Good service all around
