  Cristian Contrera and the staff at Busy Bee Plumbing were professional, organized and knowledgeable. I work for a local roofing contractor and one of our customers had a plumbing issue. I called the main line and the office staff explained the process which they followed to a tee. I appreciate their help and for showing up so quickly to assist with the issue. Cristian diagnosed and fixed the issue and our customer was extremely satisfied with the service!

  I called Busy Bee last night because I had a kitchen faucet leak. When the water was on the faucet would leak at the stem but I wasn't getting any water to come out the faucet aerator. Richard came and diagnosed the problem. With his expertise and knowledge he repaired my leak and also found and fixed my water pressure issue. He also installed a new hot water valve that was broken. He was very professional and knowledgeable. If I ever have plumbing issues again I will call Busy Bee and definitely for Richard....Again thank you so much!

  Jimmy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions, explained everything before, during and after doing the work. When my water heater started shooting water everywhere I was in an absolute panic. Jimmy came promptly and assured me it was all going to be ok and he would make sure of it. Busy Bee is one of the few 24 hour service companies that is truly 24 hours. Jimmy is highly knowledgeable and helped me understand what happened and how to prevent issues like that in the future. Very impressed with Jimmy and Busy Bee. Highly recommend them.

  Chris was incredible. He showed up fast, diagnosed the problem immediately, and had a brand new water heater installed with total professionalism. He explained everything clearly, walked us through our options, and never pressured us into anything. The install was clean, efficient, and done right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. On top of that, he saved our day — we went from a leaking tank to fully up and running in just a few hours. I can’t recommend Chris enough. If you need anything plumbing-related, he’s the guy you want showing up at your house.

  I wouldn't use them; I'm seriously irritated at the moment. They came out 10 days ago to look at the HVAC system in my rental home. The tenant has no heat, small children and an elderly grandmother and it's been cold enough to snow. They said the part was under warranty and still they want over $500 in labor to install it - something that probably should only cost about $300 in labor. And this is on top of the $89 they charged to come out. Still no part; very difficult to get responses from them - need to talk to this person or that person and those people are always away or in a meeting, promise call backs and don't follow through - my property manager has been stonewalled. I finally called them myself, got told again so-and-so was in a meeting but that someone would call me "by the end of the day." I told them I was not going to wait until "by the end of the day" for a call back and when they called me they were to have a delivery date and installation date for me. They didn't call me back, instead they called my property manager and said "it's on its way and they will get us on the schedule as soon as they receive it." Note: still no delivery date was given. In this day and age that is unacceptable and patently ridiculous. I bet they forgot to order it. I would never recommend this business. They have a 1.3 star rating on Yelp so this is not a one off fluke. Highly suspicious of the Google Reviews.
