  Busy Bee communicated from the time I scheduled the appt via phone, text and email about the appt. They even send a text with tracking on the rep coming to do the work. Chris was on time, professional (clean uniform and haircut/facial hair) and courteous. Checked over the units and didn’t find any immediate issues. Did notice gas pressure was too high, did a quick google search which confirms “yea that’s bad”. So had him fix that and he was able to put a surge protector on the house (was planning on doing that anyways). He did it same day and was in and out in a few hours. When invoicing he sent me 30 pictures of the units, attic space, under the house. Confirmation of the gas pressure issue and confirmation of it being fixed. Same with surge protector at the box.

  Had my heating maintenance service today. Braxton, my tech, was on time, polite, thorough with my 2 units (attic and basement), and explained everything. Very pleased with my service. Plumbing service was done about a week later. Daniel was just as terrific as Braxton. Also shared info on a whole home water purification system that I've been noodling over recently. Very pleased with my service, once again.

  I had a heat/air unit replacement install this week. Tyler and Dalton were complete pros with the work they did. They were knowledgeable and answered any questions I had and provided all the details of what they were going to do during the complete course of the install. They had a tight space to work with and did it with ease and perfection. They made sure everything about my new unit was working as expected and made sure my duct work was good as well. Highly recommend Busy Bee and the work of these technicians.

  Technician shane was Prompt and courteous however was quoted $398 to replace a sink basket materials cost typically less than $30 and labor would be less than 30 minutes also was quoted $7 66 to replace an $89 faucet I have no idea how this business model works for your company explains your service fee charge must be how you make your money I wish you luck but definitely will not be calling busy bee at any point in the future

  This review is for pricing highly recommend against using this company wanted to charge 398.00 to replace a single sink basket which is about 30.00 in materials and less the. 30 min labour ridiculous also 766.00 to replace a cheap 89.00 sink faucet total of over 1k your markup is ridiculous definitely won't be recommending you to the 320 homes I am in as a service tech each quarter for a different industry the tech Shane was polite and prompt no complaints against him but wow you're pricing needs to be adjusted for reality
