Day 2 of the ice storm and I couldn’t figure out how to light the pilot in my complicated gas fireplace. Within hours of calling Ashbusters for help, Matt had walked me through it step by step using FaceTime. He was wonderful- incredibly knowledgeable and so reassuring. They didn’t charge me a dime. Highly recommend!

Tylor of Ashbuster’s was very thorough and communicated well the entire chimney inspection and cleaning process. He took drone footage of the stack where it exits the roof noting the surrounding flashing and shingles were in good shape. After sweeping the flu, he ran a camera up the inside to show me how good of condition of the flu was — a relief for us especially being a 50 year old home. Tylor said the cleaning was all we needed and down the road some fire box masonry panel repair due to some small cracks — likely from tossing a heavy log. In short, I’m very pleased and totally trust these folks!

Had my wood burning fireplace serviced today by Ashbusters it was very easy to book my appointment online last week. I was given a time window then then updated today with an exact time when the technician would arrive via text. The technician, Brandon, was professional and helpful! Cleaned and inspected my fireplace. It is an older fireplace and he was able to give me the advice and quotes needed to get it back in order! Thank you!

This is my first experience with Ashbusters and I am very pleased.
Ashbusters communicated regularly with me about the status of my appointment. Chad showed up right on time as he said he would and took the time to explain all kinds of things to me and helped me understand my system and the things that I should pay attention to.
Chad also did the dryer vent cleaning and did a great job with that as well.
I will now get myself on a regular annual schedule to have both of these things done… He was terrific with my little 22 pound cavalier, King Charles dog and Chad was clean and kind and helpful and I believe excellent at the work performed.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Clyde, the technician who came to inspect our fireplace. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and so patient with all of my questions.
He came the week of Christmas and noticed that we have three young children—and somehow managed to “find” a piece of Santa’s coat in our fireplace! It absolutely made their Christmas and is a memory they’ll never forget.
Clyde recommended that we address a few items before burning a fire. Fast forward—we hadn’t gotten around to those repairs when the ice storm hit. I called him in a panic, worried about what we should do if we lost power. He spent 15 minutes on the phone calmly walking me through a plan and completely putting my mind at ease.
On top of all that, he even called to check in after we lost power to make sure we were okay.
You truly don’t find people like Clyde anymore—so genuine, patient, and incredibly helpful. Highly, highly recommend.
