  I used them about a year ago and they did a great job. I gave them the measurements and they cut the glass and I was able to refit Perfectly.

  I ordered a double pane window glass (IGU). The glass outer pane cracked and broke throughout during installation. They reached out and offered to remake a new glass unit. It all finally worked out.

  For now. New window glass installed. Called back same day because the window frames were loose and gouges in frame where there removed old glass. Broken ledge on one window. They were going to replace glass with the correct side window glass and also replace gouged pieces and ledge. It’s June 19, still no glass, frame or ledge. Wooden frame on bay window has been getting soaked with rain. Paint is peeling away and wood exposed. April 5 installed, June 19. Nearly 2 months.

  I had 3 broken store front windows at a facility in Lebanon TN and I called around to various glass repair shops in the Nashville Area. All Star got back to me in a timely manner with a quote after sending a guy out to get measurements. They removed the broken window panes and installed the new ones keeping to their schedule and quote. The other companies never got back to me, or the quote was extremely high or literally called me 3 weeks after the project was completed, asking if I still needed quoted. I highly recommend All Star Glass. They had the best price and offered the best service by a long shot.
