  Michael from All 4 Seasons Garage Doors Nashville was outstanding from start to finish. We originally called for a broken torsion spring, but once he got into it, he found that the previous owners had installed the wrong spring sizes. He also pointed out set screw marks on the torsion bar showing the springs had likely been changed two or three times before and never properly matched to the door. Instead of just swapping parts and leaving, he corrected everything the right way. He replaced both torsion springs with properly sized premium springs, installed all new rollers so they match, replaced four roller hinges, swapped out worn end bearings, balanced the door correctly, lubricated the system, and programmed the opener. Everything comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I watched him work the entire time and he made the process look effortless. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. He explained everything clearly, answered every question without rushing, and didn’t push anything unnecessary. He’s also just a good guy and easy to talk to. The door now runs smooth, quiet, and feels almost weightless. It’s basically a full mechanical reset. If you want someone who shows up, does it right, and stands behind his work, ask for Michael at All 4 Seasons. Highly recommend.

  Keenan did a good job on the installation of our 2 new garage doors. Everything works as it should. He was very patient in explaining how to operate it and use the app. He walked me through all the steps. He cleaned up all of the trash etc from installing. We also had wood trim that had to be replaced and that looks good. He texted when on the way and he was earlier than planned.

  Our garage door broke so my property manager called All 4 Seasons for a quote. They said both springs and the motor on the opener needed to be replaced. The quote was $1350 which was insanely high. When I called Pam in their office to ask some questions, she was beyond rude to me and told me to have my property manager email me their quote. She had a terrible attitude and didn’t want me to bother her. It was at that moment I decided to call someone else who would be more appreciative of my business. I called BT1 Garage Doors and they quoted me over the phone and came out immediately to do the repairs. I only needed the springs replaced and not the motor. $490 out the door! I don’t recommend All 4 Seasons!
