  Busy bee is first class through and through - had their HVAC team out for a vent cleaning where they identified a potential plumbing issue. Same day they came out and diagnosed the issue and were able to repipe my entire house quickly and professionally. Highly recommend their services. Thank you again Josh & Grayson

  We had a new furnace A/C unit installed by Tyler Carlson and his team. They did a lot of work including ductwork and wrapping ducts and putting a new line and a new vent. It was a lot. The team was very professional and neat. We are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Busy Bee. From the people who set up the appointment and the project manager (Silas) everything was a well oiled machine. Couldn’t think of a single thing to improve on.

  Chandler was super polite and knowledgeable. He didn't find the problem at the first glance but went back and figured it out. He fixed it and hopefully everything is good. This was so easy. I text this morning and had a call in an hr and then someone here in the next few. Definitely will use again.

  Cody MONTONEY did an OUTSTANDING job with my HVAC unit. It needed to be serviced twice in a short period of time. Cody discovered the difficulty very quickly and solved the problem. Also, I learned new information about my unit in particular, and HVAC systems in general. Additionally, there was no charge for the 2nd visit. Hats off to Cody and thank you Busy Bee for quick and professional response every time I needed them!

  We’ve had such a great experience with Busy Bee and truly can’t recommend them enough. We were put in a tough position with a flooded AC unit, a failed compressor, and some faulty lines—but the Busy Bee team stepped in immediately and handled everything with urgency, professionalism, and care. From start to finish, they made what could have been a really stressful situation feel manageable and supported. What stood out most was their integrity and commitment to doing things the right way. They took ownership, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure every detail was thoroughly addressed. That level of accountability is rare and incredibly appreciated. A special thank you to Matt, the supervisor, who was not only extremely knowledgeable but also kind, responsive, and hands-on in ensuring everything was handled properly. And Ben, the senior tech, did fantastic work—thorough, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what he does. We also have an annual membership with Busy Bee, and this experience only reinforced that we made the right decision. They stand behind their work and truly take care of their customers. Highly, highly recommend Busy Bee to anyone looking for a customer centric team you can trust.
