  Jordan, Amanda and installer Tate were great to work with. From the setting of the appointment to the installation of the system, they were very professional and informative. And my system is working great. No more smelly, bad tasting water coming from the faucets. And I notice a difference in softening of my skin. Thanks to all at Family Water Treatment.

  I researched numerous water treatment companies. I communicated with several. From my first contact with Family Water Treatment I experienced something significantly different and I knew this company would be the one I worked with. Every interaction start to finish with all the folks at Family Water Treatment was stellar! Installer was on time, professional and efficient. System was up and running quickly, and following the steps given we immediately experienced what we were after which was 100% noticeably improved water condition. We highly recommend Family Water Treatment if you are looking for a great company that communicates, follows up, and has great product!

  Our experience with Family Water was fantastic! Like everyone in our area, we had finally gotten tired of the hard water issue and the scale around all the faucets and shower heads. I did some research and called Family Water. The response was easy from getting scheduled, to getting a free water quality test, to choosing a system, and getting it installed. It was seamless and I appreciated the personal touch they provide. Our water is so much better! It taste better, feels, better, and I also have the peace of mind to know that we're healthier than we were before. I'd recommend them to anyone for all your water quality needs.

  The salesman was very knowledgeable about the system and explained everything very well. The installer was also good at his job and answered all the questions that we didn't ask the salesman.

  We had been recommended this company by many many friends in the area for a reliable and good quality home filter and they truly made the process so easy and smooth. You can tell it’s a family run company, their customer service is kind and they respond quick. We loved our technician Randy, he was so great to us. They are thorough and honest when it comes to the water test and choosing which system is best for your family, we didn’t feel like they were pushing anything on us. We even had a little leak after installation and the process of getting it fixed was painless. We have loved our water system better than I thought we would, definitely recommend!
