Our restroom trailers require a standard garden hose water faucet outlet within 50 feet of the unit. The garden hose remains connected to the trailer throughout your rental period. For winter operations, we provide an anti-freeze hose that needs a nearby 110v power outlet for connection. In situations where a continuous hose connection is not feasible, our team will fill the onboard tank with fresh water upon delivery for a nominal additional fee. For restroom trailer transportation within a 50-mile radius of our facility, we charge a fee of $4 per mile (one way). Deliveries beyond this 50-mile range incur an additional pickup fee of $4 per mile. To determine the precise delivery charge for your location, please contact us with the specific delivery address.

The restroom trailer requires a relatively level and flat surface for setup, free from trees and overhanging branches. The path to the setup location must have a minimum overhead clearance of 10 feet from buildings and tree branches to ensure safe and proper placement.

For short-term events, sewage pumping or fresh water refilling is typically unnecessary during the rental period. Our team will discuss your event duration and expected guest count to ensure the appropriate trailer is provided. For larger events or long-term rentals, we offer a restroom monitor/concierge service. Otherwise, the client is responsible for monitoring usage and arranging our pumping service before sewage overflow occurs. According to the ADA website, when portable toilets are provided for event participants, a minimum of 5% of all units, but never less than one unit, must be accessible. For multiple clusters of portable units, 5% in each cluster should be accessible.
