  We needed some hardwood to replace the old one. Then I thought of City Tile in Murfreesboro. I had heard their good reputation from a lady who was their previous customer. We found the closest hardwood floor match at City Tile. There were many selections at the showroom. Scott Cicotte was our sales representative. He was very courteous and professional. From searching for samples, ordering to pickup, Scott had been contacting us with updates. It had been great working with him. Thank you Scott. Your service was exceptional. We think City Tile has great products and excellent service. 😊

  A water leak prompted getting new flooring and every step of the way with City Tile was 5 star treatment! Everything was handled efficiently, professionally, and timely! Kiersten was so patient and helpful to assist us in picking new flooring. She was friendly, encouraging, and accomodated us with grace as we expanded our scope of work. We met her as a designer and flooring professional and she became our friend. Everyone we met and worked with at City Tile was super friendly, responsive, and handled our job with expertise. They took a difficult situation and turned it into a beautiful result!

  Pleasant, helpful personnel. Showroom is organized and clean. Chose 2 samples to view in home. Someone came to measure the next morning as scheduled. Took very accurate measurements. Haven't received a quote yet (Only one workday since measurements). Worth checking out if you're in the market for flooring.

Their pricing was extremely fair, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Kirsten was a pleasure to work with—consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient as we made numerous changes to our order over several months. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free. The installation quality was flawless. We have a custom wood-and-tile “rug” design in our foyer, and the craftsmanship was exceptional. The installer, Tim, did truly remarkable work—his skill and precision were nothing short of amazing. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and could not be happier. We would recommend City Tile without hesitation and will unquestionably return to them for any future flooring needs.
