Everything went exactly as expected, the pre installinspection, the work and after installation follow up was exceptional. We just needed a small scrap of carpet padding to finalize our insurance claim restoration & allow us to put our bedroom back together. Andi followed up with me when the pad was ready, and to my surprise she generously gave us the pad for free!! Additionally, the pad was cut exactly to size we needed, and only required me to trim the end to fit. We certainly appreciate her kindness, and she is the reason folks like to Shop Local.
