She not only tells me that they prefer not to sell me the product but most importantly..she explained "why" they could not. She then referred me to a couple different local business and offered to get their information for me. It was extremely refreshing to get this sort of service from someone who could not help me. I most definitely WILL do business with them in the future if the need arises.
