- JFJunior Figueroa5 days ago5.0I was a little skeptical when I first contacted Armor Air but they were able to come out the same day, which really surprised me in a good way. The technician, Shane, was very professional and personable. He took the time to walk through everything with me, clearly explained the issues and recommended the best solutions. I would definitely consider using them as a permanent service provider for any HVAC needs in the future.

- TLTodd LakeFeb 19, 20264.0In the end- we were taken care of, but it was a journey. Our fan would not shut off. 1st guy came in and replaced one part ( had to leave and get a part- took almost 90 mins), he put it in and them said the blower motor was also blown and that was out of stock and needed to be ordered. Asked for another tech to come take a look as well. A couple days later a different tech came in and said the motor was fine it was a part for the unit for defrosting and that part needed to be ordered, uhg. Then that part was on back order and we needed to run the unit on emergency heat until it comes in. The part was on back order for over 2 weeks. The part came in and a different tech came in, replaced that part and it worked, but there was something else wrong...it was the blower motor as well. The motor was in stock, but had to go get it...another hour and he was back. Installed and all working properly. The company completely took care of us on the back end. Will stick with them, just hope this is not a pattern.
