- KSKristina SmithJan 22, 20261.0I can’t speak to this company’s work, only the way he does business. I got a quote from another company. It was high, so I wanted to second opinion. He was kind on the phone, and we set up a time. He even mentioned that the company I got the quote from had a way of over charging. He showed up on time. However, didn’t bring the correct ladder. First strike. We set up another appointment so he could bring the right ladder. At our second appointment time. He didn’t show up. Called and called and no answer. Two hours later, he text me saying he forgot. Second strike. Then he started arguing with me trying to blame me for not getting the first quote from him instead of this other company. Then he blamed me for him bringing the wrong ladder at our first appointment and not showing up for his second appointment. Strike three. I do not recommend!
