  Beazer is doing construction in the neighborhood in the roundabout. The debris in the street caused by beazer contractors caused damage to my car tire. Beazer will not cover this cost even though it was confirmed to be from Beazer. Their excuse is “you need to be more careful”

  I just wanted to say first, before I get negative. I love my house, best decision we made. However, most of the things that were represented in the purchasing of our home was misleading. We moved in to our house in 2024. We have the outside of our house maintained by the homeowner association. (Not turned over to the residents yet) Right after we moved in there were issues with the irrigation system and they killed our lawn. It has never been the same since. As of now, our lawn is still dead and dying, got blamed for installing an approved fence because they did not set up irrigation for individual yards, side of my house grass is not getting water and the front yard is a joke. It looks abandoned yet I pay a fee every month for the upkeep. The landscaping company does not close the gate to the yard and is always left open. We thought it would be different since we are not there all the time. Don’t be disillusioned that you will have a worry free yard with the HOA taking care of it. Fierce misrepresentation from Beazer.

  Wanted to give a shoutout to Mike Rutter - our Home Warranty Rep - for always doing right by the residents - even going above and beyond! Every new build community has its quirks and small repairs that are needed in the early days, but ours have been very minimal. For the times we have needed to use our home warranty, Mike has been quick to respond and has even come to verify the work of the vendors. Thanks for everything, Mike!

  The home buying process was a pain. Mistakes and some of the cheapest materials used in our home. Even after you move in, they will do stuff to your property without telling you. When you ask them to fix stuff that they just did, they will shrug and say, "Call customer service, I don't have anything to do with that." They will hound you for 5 star reviews while doing 1 star work. If you decide to buy from them, watch them like hawks during the entire process because you cannot trust that they will care about doing a good job.

  Cindy was awesome. Explained everything in detail. Great place to buy a home.
