  This company must be amazing to work for. I have talked to and dealt with several people within the company since I decided to go with Aqua Clear. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. From the lady who set my appointment, the specialist who helped me pick the right system, Scott C. the installer, and Scott K. The technician that helped me trouble shoot an issue. These people put chick-fil-a to shame.

  Nick was absolutely amazing! He was on time, courteous and a pleasure to chat with. He fixed our issue, and replaced our filter quickly. He let me know that it was covered under a credit we earned from a referral we gave our neighbor. Ill take it! Thanks Nick, you're good people!

  We bought a home with a water softener installed. After using it for 6 months, we decided it wasn’t for us. A friend wanted it, so Aqua Clear did the removal for me and reinstall at the other home. Scott was on-time, professional and did a great job on our uninstall. Aqua Clear was very helpful to us.

  Jacob arrived on time and installed our water softener system as well as our reverse osmosis system. He was professional and installed all the systems neatly with a professional attitude. After he finished installing the systems he explained everything to us and asked if we had questions. He also left the work sites spotless. I have been very pleased with the entire process from estimate to installation.

  Jacob Drye installed my system (picture included) and was by far my best interaction with Aqua Clear. He was honest, authentic, and genuinely helpful. Thank you for going above and beyond Jacob!! Otherwise - I wish Aqua clears pricing was more standard and straightforward. The consultation was also very long - nearly 2.5 hours! On top of that they didn’t come with all the equipment needed and the two smaller air purification units I was given are supposed to be the same model but one looks much newer than the other… Regardless I stuck with them because Kinetico non electric products are superior to anything else on the market. I recommend any prospective clients do their research and go into a consultation with Aqua clear knowing what each of their products are worth.
