When he filled shower pan up with water, my wife put red dye in water and they saw where the leak was coming from when red dye water starting leaking out on bathroom floor in one of the corners of the shower tile. Caulk had deteriorated in that corner from over the years and keeping shower clean!!

I wanted to check with my husband since we were given 2 quotes, 1 the easy way and the other if he needed to go thru the wall. We decided to let Dylan do it and he came right back the same day. Thankfully he was able to complete the job the easy way!!! He fixed our leak quickly and our faucet looks neater. Will definitely recommend and call for future jobs.
- PGP GilbertMar 24, 20264.0We had our entire home Repipe due to reoccurring leaks. We reach out to several plumbing companies for estimates and Traditional price match our budget for the repairs. Our Rep set the initial start date and estimated time of completion which was about 5 days. When our installers arrived they had no clue what our past issues were or the depth of the install. Our Rep did not inform the installers about our property. Also we had to call the day of install because no one arrived at the start time. I understand things can become hectic when scheduling and workers don’t show, but this was a rocky start. William and was our installer and he was a God sent we explain our past issues with leaks and William walk us through the entire install process. Initially we told a team we be conducting the Repipe but we only received William and his helper. After about the 3rd day it was clear that the install wouldn't be completed in 5 days. On the 4th day the company scrambled a team together which seemed to be rushed which cause a repipe issues that had to be corrected by our installer William, and another installer Cody. Both did an excellent job resolving the issues. It’s about 4 weeks after completion and we are currently pleased with the installation. I would have preferred to give Traditional a five star review but as I mentioned these were some our issues during the installation. If you had five more William and Cody’s this rating would have been a five star review.

Shortly after 8 the office called confirmed my needs and information. Mitch arrived shortly after 10 very professional and courteous. Answered all questions and handled our issue which was a lot worse than we had thought. We will use this company in the future.
