  James, Tammi, Juan and the entire team are top-tier professionals. They know their stuff and are great and responsive communicators. I really appreciate the education provided before I made this major purchase and the level setting done around the product. I'm glad I invested in the professional services provided by Hughes Electrical Services and feel more confident and in control of managing my power through a generator now.   We called several companies about a Generac installation before deciding on Hughes. They were responsive to our questions, they communicated the whole process, and they were professional and helpful during the install. Their prices are reasonable and fair and they explained everything in detail. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a house generator.

  Hughes Electrical & HVAC Services is amazing! We called them for a second opinion after another company misdiagnosed our issue and then tried to sell us a WILDLY OVERPRICED system. The difference was night and day. Ms. Tammy was a great help over the phone, and the owner personally came out for the diagnosis. Not only were they honest and professional, but they were able to restore our heat immediately and accurately diagnose the actual problem. The technician followed up and was on-site shortly after. It is so refreshing to find a company that is caring, honest, and detail-oriented rather than just trying to sell an expensive replacement. If you want a team with integrity, call Hughes!
