I purchased the new 870 with forestry kit in Q4 last year and was told of the support I could expect down the road. I never imagined it would be to the level of what I have experienced so far. When I phone in for service, no matter where I am or what’s going on, someone is going to address my situation. When I go in to get parts, they always have what I need. The service and support I’ve received to date will lead me to be a life long customer. As I write this, my machine is in the Monroe store having some work performed and the service manager, Claude Sharp, has notified me every step of the way, keeping me informed and making sure I know where we are and what costs(if any) to expect. Ricky in parts/service in Shreveport’s location and David in service are also highly supportive and helpful. By far the best dealer support EVER!
