They called ahead to give us a courteous heads-up, arrived right on time, and completed the work efficiently and with great care. Both were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and they took the time to ensure everything was done correctly and safely. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work and the level of service provided. Jason and Roger represent Ferguson Plumbing beautifully. Highly recommend.

So after a few days it stopped working. Tim Ferguson was here almost immediately after I called. They could have replaced a part so it would work. The Hvac man called the boss and he said, "replace it with a new unit already setup for propane". The guys today were awesome! The supervisor was constantly keeping me informed and now 6 or so hours later, I have heat! I love Tim Ferguson! Ive used their plumbing side too! They are definitely a customer first company!!
