He set up the app on my phone to register the weekly test. He made sure I was registered for the extended warranty. He literally did everything. And, the very next night we lost power and the Generac came on immediately. WHAT A WONDERFUL RELIEF!!! If you are even considering a whole home generator (GENERAC), I highly recommend you call Hughes Electrical &Hvac. He also was more competitive in pricing.
