  Tucker was immensely helpful and thoughtful. Came up with multiple solutions for our estimate and had wonderful advice for other aspects of our kitchen remodel outside of his plumbing skills. Would highly recommend Tucker.

  Awesome service from Chris as he had to travel a distance in a snow and ice storm to service a bursted pipe. Thank you for your bravery to travel thru that ice and snow not only that it was late evening and dark.

  Mr. Christopher was great. He educated me on all the things wrong with my hot water tank, although it couldn't be fixed, he went the extra mile offering financial services through wells fargo when I was turned down he called his Supervisor for a secondary payment finance offer and they applied coupons and discounts for the replacement unit. He arrived on time,dressed well and ready to get the job done. He even collected my Amazon package from the driver and brought it inside. Thanks for the outstanding services but at this time, I choose to go with another less expensive option.

  Service technician Jaden was great. Even though the streets are nearly impassable, Jaden showed up in a very reasonable time. He diagnosed the problem thoroughly, eliminating any unnecessary repairs. I would recommend Jaden to anyone needing HVAC service or repair. Pricing was higher than expected considering that I found the same parts online at a fraction of the costs.

  HVAC AND WATER HEATER I am completely satisfied with the Service , PRODUCTS, AND THE TECHNICIANS WHOM HAS SERVICED ME FOR THE LAST 31/2 YEARS. TODAY 1/16/26 accolades to Terry Gates Plumbing and Diana HVAC SERVICES for job well done excellent Team Work.AS a FAM PLAN MEMBER I have,always been serviced as promised PROMPTLY!! As for my equipment IT WAS SOLD TO ME AS TOP OF THE LINE and has lived up to that Title with extraordinary efficiency. I had been through two companies'before I landed with CHOATE'S. THEY DID NOT COMPARE. IF THERE IS ONE THING I WANT TO BE IS LIVING IN COMFORT AT HOME WITH EFFICIENCY and LOW PRICED UTILITY BILLS. MY FIRST CALL TO CHOATE'S THEY SENT ME AN ENERGY CONSULTANT WHO STAYED AT MY HOME ALL DAY ANALYZING WHAT WOULD IMPROVE THE INEFFICIENCY PROBLEM THAT I WAS HAVING. THAT WAS A JACKPOT FOR ME. I WAS NOT AWARE OF COMPANIIES PROVIDING THIS SERVICE. I immediately called them to tell them that this person was not who I requested. I need a HVAC TECH. LONG STORY SHORT IT WAS THE BEST THING THAT COULD HAVE EVER HAPPENED TO ME. EXPENSIVE OOH WEE. I will not state which plan I decided on but If my memory is correct and it depended on which one I chose out of three packages. I HAVE NO REGRETS. ONE THING THAT I WILL SAY IS I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR AND AS OF MARCH 2026 APPROX. THREE AND A HALF YEARS LATER WILL BE PAID IN FULL WITH NO REPAIRS NEEDED UNTIL TODAY 1/16/26 on water heater so far I have had no HVAC REPAIRS. I CERTAINLY FEEL LIKE I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR EFFICIENCY AND COMFORT.
