They also took the time to answer any and all questions that were asked of them and in a professional manner. I would recommend him and the entire team to anyone that is looking for a heating, air, or both. I appreciate their timelessness in which it took to get the project done and complete and cleaning up behind them. Thank you guys for taking excellent care of installing the heating unit for my father. It has been working really efficiently. Thanks and kudos to you and your team.
- ELEric Luckey6 days ago5.0The technician was pleasant, seemed to be knowledgeable and did a wonderful job on repairing my water leaks. The repairs didn't take very long. Very pleased with his work. Only real issue I have with the whole process was trying to talk to a real person when calling the company to schedule an appointment. Never got a call back from the company until I made an appointment using the online service. They changed my appointment to a different day. Maybe they were short staffed during the holidays.

(I needed some cleaning of a drum in one of furnace and an overflow part in the other. ) He explained every step he took and answered all of my questions. Mr Banks is one of the beat HVAC technicians I have encountered.

There was an initial hiccup prior to installation day, but Bianca and Jason provided excellent service recovery by sending Terry out, who was amazing. On installation day, Jacob and Sean completed the installation and did an excellent job. From my standpoint, they were professional and got straight to business. Jacob also did a great job educating me, which I truly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team who assisted from beginning to end.
- JNJohn NailDec 26, 20255.0Jerrell was awesome. He contacted me precisely 30 minutes before the expected service visit. He arrived literally 30 minutes at my home. Our was inoperable which meant no heat. A massive cold front was expected in day or two. He quickly diagnosed the problem. I mentioned we had recent problem with blown fuses. He figured out which switch was the cause without the benefit of a fuse box labels on the switches or a readable table of contents so to speak. He charged us the minimum and further, he noticed the filter was filthy. I asked if he could change it. He did for the replacement cost of the filter.. You Da Man Jerrell.
