- PYPE YoungSep 25, 20252.0A couple of years ago I had a luxury vinyl plank floor installed in my kitchen by Carpet Spectrum in Southaven. It had a number of uneven bumps, which I was informed by the installers would smooth out, but have not. A friend took one look at the floor and ask if I had installed it myself. I was shown a sample of LVP for kitchen flooring by the salesman, but not informed I had a choice of levels of quality or that there is a difference between LVP and EVP. Since LVP had just become poplar, I relied upon the expertise of the salesman. I learned today that the reason the floor is not smooth is the low quality of flooring that I was offered. I was not made aware of the fact that the same floor had two different levels of quality and thickness until today. I had wanted to use LVP in my living room and dining room, but feared it would look bumpy like it does in my kitchen. So, I visited a location today and asked the saleswoman to show me high quality samples of LVP. When she showed me the more rigid LVP in the same pattern that I currently have - I was stunned. She then explained the difference. The older salesman in the store asked her why she was showing it to me, and she responded, "because she asked to see the top of the line in LVP flooring." So, I'm done with this company.

I will have to say the crew that was sent out were very professional. I was surprised they were able to get some of the stains out of a few areas. The main thing is my wife is extremely happy, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Samuel came in to stretch and I was truly amazed at the difference it made. He was so nice, very professional and did a great job. I will call again later to have the upstairs done next. Then Coby and Matt came in to clean the carpets. My daughter has completely destroyed the carpet in her room with so many stains and I didn’t think they would be able to do anything- but they cleared up almost everything! They were also nice, professional, and did a great job. Overall, I’m very pleased, will happily hire again, and I’ll be recommending to friends and family. I’ve attached a few pictures with before and after, but I missed getting a before of my daughter’s room.
