  The installers came out and immediately had issues with the work that they were paid to perform, the work order stated that one side of the carpet stair needed to be tucked, well, unfortunately, the top staircase, both sides needed to be tucked i would have settled for them to do at least one side on both staircases in 2 of the photos you can see where carpet padding was exposed, that padding was used from the original pad under the old carpet. I paid for new padding. Had they tacked it the carpet down properly, I wouldn't have noticed Unfortunately, I went upstairs to get out of their way and fell asleep, I woke up and came to the head of the stairs and seeing that the installers were gone. Neither side of the stairs were tucked And as I went outside even later to take out trash, I saw this.additional piece of carpet laying in my neighbor's carport. To their defense, I did notice I had received a text from the salesperson saying they needed an additional $35. But wouldn't it have been just as easy? for the installers to hollering upstairs or coming to the top of the stairs, saying Mr. Davis, may we talk to you? As opposed to them, closing the door unlocked, and leaving like thieves in the night. I called the salesman left them these same pictures? And I was told that a manager would get backed with me. The work was done on this past friday, and here it is a week later and I have not heard from anyone. Being an old upholstery guy that I am. I've secured tools to use to complete the tuck job with the left over carpet. However, I would like to be refunded for the padding that I paid for I hope someone at spectrum reads this review. I have old ceramic tile. and unwanted laminate in the rest of my condo. However, that's not a priority project. But when it does come up, spectrum would not be a vendor of choice.

  We had Steven do our LVP floors in our house when we moved in. The price was good and the install was amazing! We had a pipe burst and Steven came back out a second time to replace the flooring that was damaged and made the entire process easy and stress free, can't recommend him and Carpet Spectrum enough!

  In our church, we used Carpet Spectrum to remove old carpet and replace with Luxury Vinyl Plank for better durability and ease of cleaning. They did a fantastic job! A friendly and professional crew!

  I’ve been working with Carpet Spectrum for years for both carpet and laminate flooring, and the service has always been excellent. Tim is my sales person, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and on schedule. The installers are professional, the quality of the flooring is great, and every project has gone smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend Carpet Spectrum and Tim for anyone needing new flooring or replacement flooring in their home
