- VHVincent HongApr 4, 20265.0DoorPro fixed my garage door in a very professional manner. They were upfront about the repairs options, time required and cost. On the first day, the tech (David) was able to repair my door to a usable state, while parts were back ordered. The parts arrived 3 weeks later, and David promptly finished the job. Another company also gave an estimate to fix the door. However, they left the door (broken) & told us it would take 4 weeks to order parts.

The noise it made when first starting to close should have let the installer know something wasn't right but they told me that was normal with low overhead door installation when using a garage door opener. The door at my other house (also a low overhead door) didn't make that sound because it is opened by hand. That door worked out great.

The crew leader that came out to my home to install the door was rude. I asked him a simple question … he rolled his eyes at me as if I’d cursed him out and his tone matched his look. I couldn’t understand why. So I figured because I’m black I don’t deserve a garage door. That guy needs some professional training on how to treat your customers whether they are black or white. I didn’t get his name but he was over the crew as he did no work only watched. Thanks for letting me voice my experience with Door Pro.
