  My hot water heater went out and Cameron, informed us it was an electrical issue. When he came back to install, he showed between the hours I had been told he would be here, he installed it with professionalism and stayed to make sure the water started heating up. He sent me my warranty information before leaving and said if there are any problems he would be happy to come back. I highly recommend!

  Andrew and Tyler were “down to earth” TEAMS, not only that Andrew’s articulated simple, clarity dialogue for our understanding but provided multiple resolutions for us to choose from. Our resolutions were satisfactory resolved with thorough and attentions to details.

  I had a major leak and didn't know who to call. The team at Wilson Brothers Plumbing arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem immediately, and had everything fixed before the end of the day. They were professional, transparent about the pricing, and left the work area spotless. Highly recommend for anyone in East Tennessee!

  Wilson Plumbing was outstanding! I call Wilson with all my plumbing issues, and every time they are quick to respond and take care of my problem. Cameron did an amazing job replacing an old pipe connected to the sewer and clearing a major clog. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Customer service was top‑notch—easy to deal with, clearly explained everything, and made the repair stress‑free. The price was also very reasonable compared to other plumbers in our area. Highly recommend Wilson Plumbing, and ask for Cameron if you can!

  I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from Wilson Brothers Plumbing. They were incredibly prompt and arrived exactly when they said they would. The technician was efficient getting straight to work without wasting any time but what really stood out was the customer service. They were extremely friendly and took the time to be thorough in their explanation of the issues I was having. Every question I had was answered clearly, making sure I felt confident in the solution. It’s ready to find a team that balances technical expertise with such a helpful patient attitude. Highly recommended! 👍🏻
