  Wilson Plumbing did a great job! They came out the same day we called to give an estimate of services (which was spot-on) and we were added to their schedule just two days later. Ben and Kay were the technicians. They arrived on time, were friendly and explained everything they were doing.

  Andrew and Cannon came out this morning to plumb our new farm sink in. They quickly had me an estimate and were on it. We switched sides the disposal was on and they had to replace a leaking valve. Including a trip to Home Depot they were finished in 2-1/2 hours. Great job, great young men! Two days earlier, the day the countertops and sink were installed I had scheduled another company to align with our schedule. The other company (PW) told me I also needed to replace my pressure relief valve, total for sink/new faucet my existing disposal and the PRV - $3,000!!! Without the PRV $2,000. They tried negotiating but any trust was gone. I called Wilson Brothers, will certainly call them again!

  The initial visit didn’t fully meet my expectations. A customer service manager reached out, apologized, and acknowledged the experience could have been handled better. The $79 service fee was refunded, which I appreciate. Thank you for the follow-up and effort to make things right.

  Ben and Cannon are awesome! They came out early in the AM, diagnosed the problem (main line clog), and quickly resolved the issue. They were professional, courteous, and extremely skilled. To add icing to the (clog) cake, they even provided education for how to properly maintain the pipes and prevent future clogs from occurring. Wilson Brothers Plumbing is an awesome choice if you have issues. I highly recommend their services.

  The guys (Andrew and Cannon) were great! I’ve had some frustrating problems with my house since I moved in and this is the third company I’ve gotten to troubleshoot. They got here exactly when they said they would, sent texts when they were on their way, and they were very polite and courteous when they arrived (on time). They had diagnosed and fixed my problems within two hours. Also, they were incredibly clean and wore booties throughout the entirety of the work. I will be calling them again if I have any other plumbing issues.
