Of course it worked fine when he was here, called to pay my bill, they said if it doesn't work again call us no charge and don't touch anything. Sure enough stopped working again, they came back, no charge, turned out to be a drain in the flowerbed. Both techs were great!! Customer service was great!! All fixed in a day!

- RBRandy BivensJun 13, 20145.0I called Hatley's Heat & Air to come check on my elderly mother's central air because it just stopped working, would not come on all of a sudden and it was very hot. They sent someone right out and took just a few minutes to find out a capacitor went bad, then replaced it and had it working in a very short time and the gentleman was very polite and the charge for service was surprisingly low. That was the summer of 2013. Then my central air conditioner would not come on early in the spring of 2014 after I'd been running the central heat all winter & switched controls back over to air conditioner. I called Hatley's again and someone came right out the same day and it was a different gentleman, but also very polite. He went to check the unit outside and I went out a couple minutes later and as I was approaching him he said....."it's working, I don't see anything wrong with it, so just let it run and if something goes wrong call us back and I'll come check it again. I don't know what he done but it has worked fine and I never received a bill from them for the service call. Maybe it was just something in the switch not making contact since it had not been turned on in a while, but he still never charged for coming to my house & checking it out.
