  Steven Was quite thorough. Very knowledgeable, didn't waste words, and simply got to the bottom line quickly. I appreciated has exactness and outgoing attitude. (I guess I should add, I appreciated him taking the time to point out each step, "exactly" that would be involved.)

  The Craddock team are the best! They got me up and running after “The Great Ice Storm of 2026.” Today Grayland came over and installed a generator port and surge protector to ensure that we won’t suffer through the next disaster! Up front fair prices and professionals. Thanks - Team Craddock 💪🏼

  Chris arrived on time after calling ahead to confirm he was on the way. We quickly reviewed the gfi that needed to be checked and replaced and he help me identify a chirping carbon monoxide sensor that had a dying battery. We also discussed backup generator options for the house and he worked up an estimate. Chris also discussed the whole house surge protector option which he will be returning to install this week. We look forward to being able to call on Chris And Craddock for our electrician needs

  Mark was friendly and informative. He conducted himself in a professional manner. He listened to my request for an estimate. This is the only reason I am rating this 5 stars. I don't want this to go against Mark. My overall experience wasn't so great. The AI that booked my appointment booked it as a service not as an estimate which is what I requested and even put in the description of my appointment. Mark informed me I owed $79, which the website says they provide free estimates on work that may need to be done. No service was provided, but I was asked to pay a service fee. Mark of course didn't charge me, but the company may want to look at how the AI LLM is being trained for appointments. It contradicted the website's information and it should have cause a request to do an estimate in the description. Other than that, Mark was a pleasure to talk to. I appreciate the estimate he provided.

  Nick is the most professional electrician I’ve ever met in my life. Due to Him being the most professional, patient, kind, and the best person for customer service Hands down I will continue choosing this electric company. Most electricians I’ve ever dealt with is always, half sober, cussing, smoking, yelling, complaining, but not Nick. He shows up, yes, sir no sir, professionally dressed and he didn’t smell like he just crawled out of the beer and weed closet! He even had the attitude that I could tell was authentic when he asked how can I make you a happy Customer. He’s also very knowledgeable. There was a situation where I did not have the right equipment before an ice storm came so him and Jeremy had to go out and find equipment when they google search the equipment Lowe’s website stated they had it in stock when they showed up they found out it was not in stock. He Said, that bothered him and that he was not going to tell me sorry we can’t help you; so they sat in the parking lot thinking how can we make this right? And that he was not going to accept failure and leave us without power. They came up with a solution to get my generator to work in case it was needed in the ice storm. They got everything up and running and Nick even came back after the ice storm to Gave me the exact equipment that I wanted at no extra charge.
