  Nick and Levi came by my house today and fixed what another company quoted me over $4k for for under $400. Lovely guys who shot me straight and did good work fast. I will be going back to Rad Cocks I mean Craddocks Electrical for all of my future electrician needs!

  I was impressed with Craddock's Electrical Services from start to finish, beginning with how simple it was to schedule an appointment online, with confirmation prior to the appointment on the estimated time of arrival by the office. Derick arrived on time and patiently listened as I went over electrical issues. He took time to explain the process and what he could accomplish. He provided advise on my options and methodically and professionally completed all tasks. Derick was awesome as were Grayland and Jimmy who assisted with electrical tasks. The team's customer service and electrical expertise was outstanding, and I will remain a loyal customer to Craddock's Electrical Services in the future and request this same team for future electrical work and upgrades.

  I am beyond disappointed with the service provided by this company. I called to have a simple bathroom exhaust fan repaired. The unit clearly had power, as the light was functioning, but the fan motor was not engaging. Despite being quoted a $79 diagnostic fee, the visit felt less like a repair service and more like a high-pressure sales pitch. I was presented with "Basic, Moderate, and Pro" packages, with the most expensive tier reaching $1,000. Even more outrageous was the "Basic" tier—I was told it would cost $450 just to touch the unit and check if it has power, on top of the 79$ I had already paid. Charging nearly $530 total to troubleshoot a basic bathroom fan is predatory. It was clear the technician’s or company’s goal was to upsell unnecessary service tiers rather than provide a fair and honest repair. I chose to cut my losses and paid the $79 just to have them leave my home. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. This company uses bait-and-switch tactic to push wildly inflated service packages. Avoid them if you value honest pricing and professional integrity.

  I ran into several of the company truck last week at BJ's and what stood out to me was their statement "we treat you like family" i was impressed and i engaged the driver in a conversation about their services and he gave me a card. Forward to today, i had my in home assessmenr and the technician Chris was a tremendous blessing! Very kind, professional and sincere person. He listened answered my questions and i truly was treated like familt! I look forward to working with this company and using them for ALL my electrical needs and i will definitely refer them to friends and family. Thank you Chris!!!

  We had such a great experience with this company during our kitchen remodel. Their customer service is truly impeccable and they made everything feel easy and stress free. Chris was amazing to work with. He is so kind, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, which we really appreciated. We are so happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be using them again for future home projects. Highly recommend
