He performed all the maintenance quickly and found a small problem which he fixed and cleaned up. We were very satisfied with his performance. Will use ECO Home Solutions next time.

My tech was named Jerden and he fixed the issue with my unit that hadn't allowed me to use the heat in years, and he cleaned the unit top to bottom. He was very courteous, very knowledgeable, and showed me before and after pictures of everything. I was able to get an appointment quickly even though its a busy time. Side note tho, when I called to make the appointment at 3pm on a Friday, the 'receptionist' I talked to was AI. I wouldn't have even noticed had we had not been constantly talking over each other and I had to re-start what I was saying several times. I thought about hanging up because it was so off putting. Im glad I didnt hang up, but jeez...

Afterwards, he showed me pictures of what he reviewed and ensured that I had complete understanding of the job that he did in getting my system back up to speed. Great work - keep it up!
