  Eco has been servicing our heat pump for a year, after our original contractor sold his business without notification. I am especially happy that 1) they proactively call to schedule appointments 2) they contact via text for confirmation the day before 3) the tech calls when he's on the way to our house 4) Eco texts a picture of the tech along with some background on him so we know who to expect 5) they're on time. Today, Matt was thorough in his work, walked through everything he did with my husband and I, checked to verify our warranty for needed parts to repair, got the parts ordered, & made sure everything was put back in order. Eco was quick to respond when we needed repairs last year & have gone beyond past experiences with some companies that are only interested in up-selling the customer. Highly recommend Eco for your heating & air conditioning repairs

  I am so impressed with Eco Home Solutions professionalism. They scheduled a service appointment and about an hour before the time the tech should arrive I received a text message with a picture of the tech and a short bio, stating he is on route and should arrive shortly. If I was a female and home alone, this would give me a strong level of comfort and make me feel this company cares for the security and safety no matter who the customer is. When the Eco tech, Mike March, arrived he instantly was warm, courteous and gave me a feeling like this guy is going to get the job done properly. As the inspection was being conducted, Mike keep me informed of what he was doing and why. He was extremely thorough and was not rushed so he could get off to his next service call. In fact, Mike was with me for several hours. As it turned out, I needed a new evaporator/condenser unit and this did not surprise me based on how the unit was operating and the incompetency of the original installer. After several phone calls back to the company he was able to arrange to get me a very good unit with a high seer, the same refrigerant that was existing in my unit, a low-noise unit since it would be located very close to my deck, and what I believe to be a very competitive price. I am glad that I was fortunate to get Mike as the technician for this call and knowing he will be my permanent technician for all subsequent activity. I gladly give him a 5-star rating and it would be 6-star if it was available.

  The whole echo solutions team was fantastic from the first phone call to the final follow up. In particular, I liked their app that showed me the picture and profiles of the technicians that were coming to the house their family background and their interests, which was really pretty neat, The app also showed me in real time where the repair vehicle was coming to and from the house. We access them through the Home Depot network, which is always provided us with good contractors. We are considering using eco-solutions on future plumbing needs for this house.

  I’ve had an excellent experience with the heat and air as well as whole home generator I got from eco! They are always very professional and timely when setting up maintenance throughout the years always trying to work with my schedule! I would highly recommend them for all your home heat, air, and generator needs!

  The installation techs were punctual, personable, and very professional. They got my water heater installed and the old one hauled away with no hassles or issues. 10 out of 10 will call them again for future work done. 100% recommend.
