Called for a quote on a 1,500 SF space and the owner (Mr. Gillman) said he was too busy to come out and look at the property , but gave me a quote ($15,000). When I asked for a formal proposal in writing he said it was going to be $100 fee. I asked why since they weren't even coming out to the property, he said nothing is free and proceeded to talk down to me. He told me he didn't need the business if I didn't want to pay the fee, and told me to go use someone else. Will do! These guys might be less expensive than other companies, but their customer service is appalling.
