Worked up quote and said would send me text later in evening and email next day. 3 days later………crickets!! Horrible customer service!!!! Already found someone much better to install our new unit.

Christian deduced two possible causes, the venting or control manager. He adjusted the venting and the pilot light remains on. He explained the services, was prompt, and offered to follow up if needed. Highly recommend Eco Home Solutions and their team. They are on call 24/7 and a real human answered the phone after normal hours and immediately scheduled the service. He also demonstrated safety tips if the pilot light again goes out.
