  Our septic tank was overflowing and our neighbors had started complaining. We contacted several services, but no one was available the same day. One provider even quoted double the usual rate for next-day service. Thankfully, we found this team—they responded the same day at a much more reasonable price. Despite arriving after dark, he completed the job efficiently using a headlamp. Very professional and reliable service.

  He really didn't do anything. He used my plunger to get the stuff in my toilet to go down but it still wasn't flushing correctly and I told him that. He informed me he didn't have the equipment to pull the toilet up which is what he felt needed to be done. I'll give him the fact that it was late on a Saturday night but he brought a snake in and didn't even use it so I basically paid $285 for him to come plunge my toilet with my own plunger. I had a basic apartment maintenance man come in 2 days later on Monday because it was backed up again and he simply used a snake and took his time and got a toy ninja turtle out of my toilet. Not to mention the rooter man showed up with red glossy eyes like he was high. I really feel like I should get a refund or at least half of what I paid back because $285 to plunge my toilet and not even fix it is ridiculous.

  David arrived to the house on time and was very nice and polite. He explained the way things worked and estimated a good price on the work that needed to be done. He was very professional.
