Nice people, easy to get along with.\n But had to bring a backhoe out to dig the dirt off my septic tank. Finally found it and pumped it out. Total work time under 2 hours and charged me. $1100 extremely too high should have been half that amount

Couldn’t find tank. Gave up after just a few minutes of looking. Full of excuses. Lazy. Rude. Incompetent. Grumpy. (I found out later that he did in fact hit the tank lid with his probe, and simply didn’t want to dig it up.)

Frequently Asked Questions About Greer Septic Service

What is septic tank pumping, and how often should it be done?

Septic tank pumping involves removing the sludge and scum from your septic tank to prevent clogging and backups in your system. It is generally recommended to have your septic tank pumped every 3 to 5 years, depending on the size of your tank and the number of people in your household. You should get your septic tank inspected every 1-3 years to catch any potential issues and help determine how often you need pumping.

What are the signs that I need septic tank service?

Common signs that indicate a need for septic tank service include unpleasant odors emanating from the drain or septic area, slow-draining toilets or drains, water pooling in the yard near the septic system, and unusually lush vegetation over the drain field area. If you notice any of these signs, reach out to our team for prompt inspection or pumping service.
