- MKMcKenzie KarrOct 1, 20251.0Avoid at all costs. They will give you the run around while you still have warranty on your unit. New unit broke every 2-3 months. Came out 6-7 times the first year on a brand new unit. We were told something different every time. Broke again after the year warranty and what do you know - it needs to be replaced and we are responsible. We are not the only ones in our neighborhood that have experienced this. Will not be using them for anything moving forward.

Told the tech the service had been cancelled. Looking at the $225 invoice they sent my dad. Dusty told my dad the invoice had to be paid or get turned over to collections. This is predatory and illegal in TN because they never performed any on site work.
