  I was very lucky. They got me unloaded within two hours. No overnight parking. Yes, restroom. Very huge warehouse. Easy in and out access. Some parking available outside in the street if you have early appointment.

  The reviews are not wrong about this location. I have unloaded at other Ferguson locations, and have always had a good experience. I will avoid this location. This load was a multiple stops , and this location was the last. The second stop on this run got just about the same about pieces, and weight. At the Second stop I didn't even get my 30 min break in before I was unloaded. The first stop of this was another Ferguson location in Birmingham. Now the 1st stop only got 1/3 of the pieces that the 3rd is getting, but I didn't get the truck turned off before I was unloaded. My appointment time was for Wednesday at 1000. I did try to check in on Tuesday, around 1130. I was told to come back Wednesday at 0800, and back in around fence, and come check in. I check in at 0800, and they said someone who come and get me. At 0915 I when inside to get an update. The lady at the desk said the couldn't put me into a door until 1000. Then why did yesterday tell me to show up at 0800? The lady also said the 0800 truck hasn't shown up yet and they take priority. So, a truck can be late?? Now I could understand this if they were slammed, but at 0915 there was only 1 truck in a door, and I was the only other truck on the yard. Finally at 0955, I get the call to back into a door. Remember, this is only a partial load, about 1/4 of a trailer. Well, at 1230 finally unloaded.

  This Ferguson has more stuff that we usually can get from other locations, reason for my low score is 3 times out of 5 there is been something wrong with my order, 1st time I got charge into somebody else’s account 2nd time the robot was down and couldn’t get what I needed I had to go back next day, third time instead of charging me for pipes 20’ long they charge me for 10’. The only person there that knows what he’s doing is Shane.
