  Brandon, from Busy Bee Plumbing came out to our house to fix or evaluate leaking plumbing. He got right to work, figured it out and got us on the way to fix the problem. A true professional, needs more like him!

  The pricing was a surprise. Double what I thought it would be. However my experience pre-appt was a friendly staff. Brandon, the technician, was friendly and knowledgeable. Due to the home construction, we were not able to get the garden tub faucet replaced but he was mostly able to stop the leak and work on sink handles. I would recommend and use him again.

  I called to have them do the annual checkup & flush my hot water heater. In the meantime, my kitchen sink decided to back up the night before. Kevin was able to fix the clog & do the other things all in one visit. Very efficient & quick service. They've always been able to come out when I needed them.

  Definitely five stars. Zach got to my house in an hour or so. I could tell he knew what he was doing. He made a plan and executed it quickly while educating me and answering questions along the way. I always brace for impact when it comes to HVAC repair services, but in this case the price seemed fair enough. Much appreciated.

  I have worked in the service field for quite a few years (management and field) ) and I found this appointment a little lacking. First and foremost! A plumber enters my home with muddy, probably poop covered, boots and tracks up my wood floors!! WHAT?? I had an expectation of a full service visit. The issue was addressed and I appreciate the knowledge of his trade. But.. I really wanted to have more options presented to me. I wanted to join the membership, and even told Dalton that on my original call, but that was not brought up. I think some training on sales and service would benefit your guys, as most people want to hear ALL opportunities to fix and upgrade their home. For example, I would like a discussion on installing a tankless water heater. Brandon really should have looked at my water heater… he knows my house is almost twenty years old, so why didn’t he look at it I wonder? I also have a leaking spigot which I want replaced with a different type… again never steered the conversation to a sales prospective. I encourage you to train your guys on how to properly run a service call. Your bottom line will love it. Don’t get me wrong, he did a great job. Very personable (except for the missing shoe covers) and he listened and asked the right questions for the task at hand. But he needs to take the blinders off and look at each home fully. I would always look at the water heater and take a water pressure reading. ((Sweep the corners.)) He left a lot of money on the table.
