  This company was absolutely amazing. We were having difficulties getting any kind of help from our usual company so we called around finding out if anyone would be kind enough to help us get the heat back due to my bearded dragona and small child. Michele was super sweet, listened to my concerns and let me know they were booked but they would do their absolute best to get to me. Chandler surprised us by getting to us in the late afternoon and was the most knowledgeable tech I've ever come across since owning homes. He was kind, professional, no frills, let me know that the work was all done wrong/what was not done at all and that he would get it all right. He definitely knew his stuff because he fixed everything and had us running in no time at all, not to mention got us hooked up with an amazing maintenance program so we never have to deal with this kind of negligence again. I hope to see Chandler again if we need help in the future but I have the utmost trust in Busy Bees sending someone who would do the job and do the job right "the first time". Thank you all so much from our family to yours! 😊

  Matthew, my Busy Bee technician, was very kind and knowledgeable. He called about 20 mins before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He found the issue (electrical fire!!! Eeeeek!) within 10 mins of arriving to my home. He talked through the options so I understood what was available. He also had the parts to fix everything, and my heat was back on after the issue was fixed. Busy Bee was easy to schedule and work with. Matthew was great, kind and respectful of my home and space. They were also the most cost effective as I called around. I would hire them again for HVAC or plumbing issues.

  This would be the second time Matthew came out to our house, first for a routine inspection and this time a repair. Matthew did a fantastic job and kept a smile on his face the whole time. he got straight to the point and was able to get us up and running in no time while also walking us through the steps every bit of the way. Huge shout out to Matthew and the Busy Bee team for the fantastic service.

  Chandler and everyone at Busy Bee were Awesome to deal with. There was a slight communication drop, however Matt called when he found out and made sure everything was handled. Story time Originally I called because my heat went out and both Dalton and Stephanie were very nice to talk to and get it scheduled. They got Chandler out same day, he found the problem quickly and gave an option to either fix it same day with a part he had on the truck, or get it repaired under warranty but they would need to order the part. I opted to do it under warranty since it would be cheaper. Chandler said i would get a call the next day, however there was a communication error somewhere, however you can tell this is a down to earth company and after thinking about it i would rather have an occasional human error opposed to dealing with robots. Anyways, i did call back into Stephanie and she inforned me the part hasn't arrived but that it would be in and Chandler would be out to fix it the following day. my heat is working again and I am grateful. I originally did put 3 stars, but after talking to Matt I changed it to 5, which is what they truly deserve. Its a human company, there are going to be mistakes here and there but i do believe they value their customers. Thank you everyone at Busy Bee Matt, Dalton, Stephanie, and Chandler for everything y'all did!

  I was not impressed with my experience with this company. I called them as I noticed they had a "$89 or Free” for main line cleaning special. Since we have had this issue in the past, I was confident that that was the problem. However, I was shocked when I was quoted almost $1500 to “ vacuum out water from the tub and toilet and attempt to clear drain with cable machine and evaluate with camera.” I mentioned that their website said it would be $89 or free, but was told it did not apply to my situation. I was told that the only way to complete the work was by draining everything and removing the toilet. I was also told I could save 10% if I agreed to sign up for their membership. I decided to pass because the quote seemed very high, and I was not confident in what I was being told, as we have had to have this done before. I called another smaller company and they were able to come out the next day and clear the line for $349, without draining anything or removing the toilet. They were also able to identify the issue that was causing all of the problems and gave me a very reasonable quote for fixing that. All of which would be less than the $1500 that I was originally quoted. Busy Bee did agree to refund my $89 after I expressed my frustration with the experience, which I appreciated. I cannot speak to the quality of their work as I did not have any done, and I won’t be choosing to use them in the future as there are much cheaper options out there that do great quality work.
