  Austin came out on Dec 15th to check out systems readiness for the winter months. He is very customer service orientated and nice guy. Originally scheduled 27 October but they were overwhelmed with systems not working and then again 12 Nov emergency problems going on so had to reschedule. No problem However, I was assured that the Dryer Vent clean by scheduling in October would be carried over each time. But is was no on the work order for 15 Dec so I was a little bummed out. But his last call of the day was for someone without heat and that to me was was more important and me.

  I highly recommend Chris Phillips with Busy Bee. He was able to come out to assess my failing water heater on Sunday. After it was determined we needed a new system he had it installed the very next morning. He went above and beyond by updating the plumbing for my water heater to the new code standards. He is fast, knowledgeable, and answered any question I had. I can’t say enough about the great service given by Chris and Busy Bee.

  Had Busy Bee install a new HVAC system today. Tyler, Sebron, Owen and one other gentleman who came to help finish up did the work. They were all very courteous, professional and conscientious. They worked without complaining in sub-freezing temperatures. Unfortunately, the wrong thermostat was sent with the system so we’ve been assured that it will be replaced with the WiFi capable one we were promised in our Job estimate. They did leave us with a functioning system in the meantime. We are looking forward to a long relationship with Buzy Bee as they will be monitoring and maintaining our system twice annually.

  EDIT: I originally left a 1-star review, which I feel was well-deserved. However, someone from Busy Bee contacted me today to ask questions about what happened, and they offered to refund the $89 fee to make things right. For that reason alone, I am changing the review to 4 stars, which I feel is fair in this situation. Hopefully the plumber won't make the same mistake again. I really appreciate the follow-up. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The plumber was nice, but he was clueless. $89 to come tell us there wasn't a problem when there definitely was. He said our frost-free outdoor faucet with a weeping hole was supposed to run all the time, and it's not. It was leaking. So now we are having to pay a new plumber who is actually fixing it. Such a waste of money! Save yourself the time and money and call someone who knows what they're doing!

  I found myself with a broken pipe on Saturday December 20th and being newly widowed unsure how to proceed. Well, contacted Busy Bee Plumbing Heating and Air and they sent out Chris Phillips. He arrived pretty quickly and assessed the problem. He had all the supplies on his truck and replaced all the pipes under my kitchen sink within 45 minutes! He was so helpful and polite. What a nice young man! I would recommend this company and this young man to everyone I know...they were awesone!
