  Richard Phillips was a lifesaver. What we thought was a small project we could handle on our own quickly went south and we needed help fast. We called around 8pm and Richard arrived first thing the next morning. He was professional and very helpful. He got our kitchen sink supply lines fixed and helped us with the new plumbing. Will definitely use this company again for any of our plumbing needs!! Added bonus: He was very kind to our 2 year old daughter whom was very curious about what he was doing. THANK YOU BUSY BEE!!

  Zach came late in the day on a Friday after a construction accident to our HVAC. He was so good about checking out our unit, climbing in our attic and taking the time to explain everything. He stayed well after dark to make sure our unit was good to go. So thankful for the work he did!

  Our A/C was cooling fine in the morning but in the afternoon and at night it was not coming on. It was set to cool at 70 but the last 2 nights it got up to 75-76 degrees. Colton was very friendly and explained what he thought was causing the problem after looking outside and at the thermostat. He said it wasn’t draining properly because it was clogged up. He cleaned it out and stayed around for a little while to make sure it was coming on. When he was leaving he said all he needed was my signature to prove he was here. Didn’t charge us anything since it may not have gotten cleaned out when the unit was installed. He showed me how to clean the drain if it happened again. I was very pleased with Colton’s service.

  For the most part we have been very satisfied with Busy Bee. Recently, as part of an annual plumbing inspection, significant corrosion was discovered on the existing copper pipes so we decided to replace them with PEX before they started to leak. This was a significant expense for us at $5500 but the price seemed reasonable in the current market. The workers arrived on time and completed the work same day. All well it seemed but that night we realized that the hot water recirculating system wasn’t working and water pressure was low. Called the office but it took two days and several calls to get someone back and he was unfamiliar with the system. He made some changes that initially seem to correct the problem but didn’t. I called the office again this morning but haven’t heard back. Historically this company communicates well but not this time.
