  We are very pleased with the quality of the product. Although there was a minor problem with one of the drawer handles, it was resolved very efficiently by the Customer Care Team. Everyone involved in the resolution was friendly and helpful, and we appreciate how quickly they took care of the issue.

  Such a great experience, needed parts for something that broke they assured me they would take care of it. Note to customers take a picture of the broken item. I had threw mine away. They worked around it. I have a lifetime warranty on parts no charge and will be mailing it to my address. I appreciate when things are easy!

  My first response/reply was before receiving the part which ended up coming the same day but afterward. The customer service was good, the only thing was I couldn’t get an estimated delivery date which was something I asked about but only because the bracket was broke so I had to leave the drawer on the floor in another room while waiting on the part. We called on a Tuesday and the part was delivered the following Tuesday. We are happy that the part was replaced at no cost. Thank you for your assistance. Debbie

  So far, Mr. Bruno from customer service has been very attentive and responsible in everything related to my claim. I know that certain setbacks have happened with the parts I received but I understand that it was not your fault and even so Bruno and the cabinets to go staff have continued to do everything possible to respond and that is the most important thing.

  I can not say enough good things about my customer care representative, Bruno , so far. My first contact with him was about some missing parts/defective items discovered during my closet install and he handled EVERY DETAIL WITH PERFECTION. He listened carefully to all of my concerns and was clear and precise about the steps we would have to take together to receive these items with no further complications. He has EXCELLENT communication and listening skills and was patient with me during our conversations. I am hoping not to have to be using him again during my closet installation but if need be, I know that he will be as helpful as ever in being my advocate in making any situation right for me! Bruno is an asset to your customer care department...he deserves recognition for his excellent work ethic and telephone communication skills. To Bruno, hats off to you...you have so far made this process an easier situation than I ever could have expected and ....moving forward, I know who to contact should there be anymore questions or concerns! FOLLOW UP: After writing this review, I again had an issue with some defective parts for my closet. Bruno, AGAIN, helped advocate for me in getting the replacements .. what can I say.. he is such a wonderful reflection of the Customer Care team! I would also like to thank Tina and Bernadette at Closets to Go, Beltsville for their concerns and involvement with my closet install. They were always there for me, as well! 5+++STAR EXPERIENCE!
