To find out they don’t deal with customer service he even said I don’t even have a number to call l, you have to take picture and deal with someone that will not disclose what country you are calling. Took pictures of damaged items. Only to receive wrong items again. Going on 3 weeks of a run around and still damaged items and wrong size. - once they sale you cabinets you are in your own for poor quality work. Was told will call me back and still no phone call again.

- KDKaylee DavisJul 24, 20251.0I gave them one star, but it’s only because I couldn’t give them a 0 star review. Cabinets to go Lawrenceburg has been the absolute worst to work with. I should have left this review in 2021/2022 when we originally worked with them, but I let it go. First off, they were way more expensive than I originally thought and we got a “Black Friday Deal”. Second, they messed up multiple things, like they forgot to secure the baseboards of our cabinets and they ended up falling off and they had to come back and staple them on. Next, they either ordered the wrong paneling for the side of our fridge or messed it up, I can’t remember, and while they were here redoing it, the worker hit our wall with his ladder. I noticed it when I got home and called and complained and they said they weren’t going to do anything about it. Now, present day, we have a bottom panel of our cabinet separating from the cabinet next to it and that is not something they cover to fix with the warranty so OF COURSE it’s going to cost more money. This was something I had to go through a whole process to figure out by phone and he never once mentioned during the process it may be a problem they don’t cover, it was a waste of my time. Also, several of our cabinet doors now “stick” and don’t close on their own. So, whatever you do, do not use Cabinets to Go. We should have gotten custom cabinets it would’ve been the same price.

I called the local store where my claim was created and forwarded to the Lawrenceburg office. There is no record of my original purchase in their files because I understand there was a software switch in 2018 and my invoice could not be found. I received a phone call from the Lawrenceburg office (7/22)and I called back today 7/23. The agent informed me that they no longer carry my cabinets and therefore could not help with the glide. I couldn't just purchase the glides according to them and I would have to purchase a whole new cabinet. RIDICULOUS! I would NEVER purchase cabinets from Cabinets to Go nor would I recommend them to anyone because of this poor and unacceptable customer "care."
