Our ancient package unit needed replacement. Kyle came quickly and helped us decide which system we needed. We were able to purchase it and get it installed quickly and efficiently. Excellent job and highly recommend. Very nice to have such a high quality local business. UPDATE: Tristen contacted me to arrange a follow up visit to fine tune some settings and inspect the installation. I was very impressed by this. The whole team at Arctic Air, including billing, has worked together as a team to make this a smooth and easy process for us.
