Josh Greene performed a system check and maintenance most recently. He called in advance on the day of the appointment, was experienced, professional and sent the extra mile to make sure my system was functioning properly. He checked vent temperatures, cleaned the outside unit and crawled under the house to check the ductwork. He found some damaged insulation on one of the ducts and taped up the holes. All of the employees I have met have done what they said they would. We all know that is not always the case. Highly recommended.

Tristen was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in his work, and it was clear he takes great pride in the quality of service he provides. What really set him apart was his people-friendly personality. He was respectful, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, never making us feel rushed or uninformed. He answered all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with the work being done. It’s rare to find someone who combines such high-quality workmanship with genuine customer care, but Tristen does exactly that. Arctic Air is lucky to have him, and we wouldn’t hesitate to request him again or recommend him to anyone needing HVAC services.
