  Gray has been great; but, it was out of our expectations that we received a damage part and the replacement was incorrect too. Gray helped us to get the replacement complete cabinet that it is great. I insisted is very frustrated and economically expensive that situation.   CTGCC is the most helpful service I’ve ever used; especially my agent Gray Jasper. I’ve used Cabinets to Go since 2012 with excellent service. Unfortunately I received one cabinet this time that had previously been assembled then broken down and repackaged. Gray and the Care Team resolved the problem and got me a replacement cabinet ordered within 24 hours! Many thanks! Sheila

  I worked with the online design center for an investment property of mine in SC where I gutted and replaced everything in the kitchen. The designer was good to work with and provided a nice design and layout for the kitchen. Make sure you have them measure for cabinets AFTER any demo work. The installer didn't correctly account for removal of 2 walls in kitchen which resulted in us having to change the design after the cabinets were already delivered. Be careful as well of the Bluffton, SC store and their installers. The installer did a really poor job of the install. They drilled holes for handles in the doors and every door splintered on the inside which chipped the paint on the brand new doors. They also left sawdust inside all of the cabinet doors & drawers and leftover screws and stuff in 1 or 2 of the drawers. They damaged 2 base cabinets as well and fortunately we had 1 extra base cabinet which they could swap out. When I spoke to the installer and shared pictures, he didn't apologize for bad work but just said that they could come back out. I brought these issues to the attention of the design person on March 17 and still awaiting official response and resolution from Cabinets to Go team. I cannot recommend them to other people.

  Molly made me a re-believer in Cabinets to Go! I honestly can’t believe the level of customer service she displayed! She practically held my hand through the whole process. She responded to every email within a half an hour time at most. She was very helpful, and even though at times I felt like my questions were annoying, she never treated me as though they were. She saw this all the way through to the end, even to the point of following up through the middle. Completely amazing.
