  I had a small gutter installed this summer. I had an issue I thought may be related to a leak. A technician (Jerry) was sent to check, and it was actually a french drain issue and had nothing to do with the gutter. Jerry came back a second time and disconnected the gutter from the drain to keep it from backing up. This morning, he called and said he was going to stop by one more time to attach an extender so the coming rain wouldn't end up damaging the flower bed. The customer service is way above and beyond! I highly recommend Bartlett Gutter.

  The installation team did an outstanding job. However, when my initial consultation was done, it was explained in detailed what the end result I was looking for. When the install team got there, they indicated that installing the gutters the way it was written up by Charlie would not work and would look tacky. So the decision was made to do it the right way. In doing this, I was charged an additional $170 for which I was NEVER told there would be additional charges and I never signed off indicating I was being charged additional funds. Any work that you have this company do, make sure you sign off on everything and any changes, etc is noted. I took that the company would do as initially requested seeing that I was very specific about the outcome and in the end I was charged. Will NOT recommend or USE this company ever again.
