- ABAmy BeairdSep 6, 20255.0Corey was very knowledgeable about flooring and helped us pick out the perfect hardwood flooring for our home. We felt we got a great deal too! Unfortunately when our large order of flooring was delivered, the drivers told us they only set it outside on pallets and would not bring it in. We called Corey and he apologized and said he would see what he could do about it. Because of the busy holiday weekend they used a 3rd party delivery service that was not their usual and they didn’t do what they were supposed to. Corey was great about making the bad situation right by offering a partial refund on our delivery fee since we had to bring it in ourselves. Sometimes mistakes happen and we were pleased with how it was handled. We highly recommend them to anyone and will be back in the future when we need to more flooring for our next project! - DJDevin JonesAug 25, 20251.0Made the mistake of buying an unfinished flooring site unseen. Order the utility oak floor which was supposed to be boards between 6 and 72 inches. Got there and signed for the pick up before we saw the boards and realized they are 80% shorter than 18". Sold as is with no refund or return option. Very disappointed!!! Update and added photo. This was half of the 650 sqft we bought. Found a whopping 8 boards longer than 2'. Super thrilled to go pick up the rest of this burn pile. Honestly, can't believe they are charging for their trash and wouldn't let us return it.
