  I went in to purchase countertops and had a very uncomfortable experience overall. The sales representative, Kayla, appeared extremely disheveled, so much so that she looked like she had just gotten out of bed. When I approached her, I noticed a strong smell of alcohol coming from her, which was shocking and unprofessional. Kayla was not well versed in the products they had to offer and was unable to clearly answer basic questions about the countertops. She had to call her manager to relay and confirm important details about the product, which further highlighted the lack of preparedness. As the conversation continued, Kayla mentioned that the store would be going out of business. Based on the level of professionalism we experienced during our visit, that unfortunately makes sense. If this is how the business is being run and if it is acceptable for sales representatives to present themselves this way while assisting customers, it raises serious concerns. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not feel comfortable recommending this store.

His presentation walked me through every detail and made sure my vision was fully realized. Dedrick went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, never rushing and always offering suggestions that I would have never though about on my own. The quality of the cabinetry in the showroom exceeded my expectations—beautifully crafted, solid, and high-end in both look and feel. Loving the slim shaker cabinet profiles!   Tamisha was amazing!!! She assisted my wife and I to find the best fit for an odd piece without a single heavy sales pitch. She searched inventory to find the best pieces at the best prices to fulfill exactly why we were there. She even took our photos and designed from scratch a piece that she thought may fit our needs. She scoured clearance and discontinued items with no upselling or regard for commission. Walking in, I really did not expect to find what we were looking for; most stores like this try to sell the "whole" or the "best" package - not looking to meet the needs of the customer. NOT HERE! We are truly appreciative of the time and effort Tamisha put forth so that my wife and I left absolutely happy with our purchase. I forgot to mention that she got us a price over half off what I thought I would be paying today. A great business is only as good as the employees that keep it going; Cabinets To Go is a great business, and for me it is because of Tamisha. This will not be our last time using this company.
