  Nick and his associates were so patient and did amazing work! I had a hard time finding exactly what my needs were for my stairs and they walked me right through it, even redid it when the original color I picked did not come out the way I thought it would. It was done quickly and looked amazing when all said and done! I would recommend them to anyone who needed any updating or remodeling.

  We had an old chipped countertop that my wife wanted to replace. I was able to make an appointment Volunteer Flooring and Design in a few days. They gave me an inexpensive estimate for what they called an “small job” and on install day the old counter came out & new counter installed all on one shot. New countertop fit perfectly, no mistakes, no problem. I’ll be contacting this company again for any new projects.

  I had a great experience with Volunteer Flooring and Design. I originally had LVP installed by a previous contractor who completely messed it up, so I needed someone who could come in and fix it the right way and they delivered. Reid and his team did an outstanding job redoing my floors. The quality of the work was excellent, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Timing was also a big factor for me with this project, and they handled everything efficiently without sacrificing quality. If you’re looking for someone reliable who does things right the first time, I highly recommend Volunteer Flooring and Design.

  So, I had 3 bedrooms, a hallway and 4 closets done by Volunteer flooring. I wanted it to match my other flooring on the first floor. They were able to find the exact brand and color right away and got started on it immediately. I also needed some baseboards replaced due to cat accidents. The cats ruined that and my carpet. I just want to say they did an excellent job. It took 2 days and I was in shock at how great they looked after seeing them for the first time. They seamlessly connected it to my tile, carpet and stairs. Im really impressed and plan on using them for other carpeted areas that need to be replaced. Their prices are also good and fair. They tell you how much the supplies cost and they don’t add to it like some places. Frazier’s wanted thousands more for the same flooring and we would’ve had to wait weeks. We had multiple companies give us an estimate and they gave us the best deal and could start right away. We went with engineered wood which is a lot less than solid hardwood but much better than lvp bc it is a thin layer of actual wood on top and holds up extremely well with dogs, cats, and kids. Well done and thank you volunteer flooring!
