  Wow! I have never had service of any kind as professional, thorough, and honest as Logan gave us when installing our new water heater! He explained what went wrong with the old and went into detail about my options to get a new one. He was able to tell me the reason that my old heater quit and fried a breaker in the process. He was friendly and caring as we had been without hot water for three days. He was prompt and did all he could to get us hot water the same day. I would most definitely call on Tennessee Standard and ask for Logan! Thanks so much!

  I was very surprised how quick someone was able to come out and assess my plumbing needs; Dustin V. was able to come to my house same day as I scheduled it. A few days later, Corey P. and Tim P. were quick and efficient in replacing my failing water heater, then installing a brand new water softening system. Along the process, they were very informative and showed me everything they did along the way, answering all my questions with ease and even teaching me how to maintain my water systems. Five Stars! Highly recommend and will hire them again in the future!

  Both of my plumbing technicians -were very polite-explained everything that they were going to do! They were very knowledgeable and They were a great team. They worked good together. If I have to have plumbing done again in the future, I’d like to have those two guys back at my house! I really appreciated the company sending the notifications that the technicians were on their way. Sent a picture of the technician-everyone was very responsive if I had a question- they responded quickly! I love that they take pictures of the underneath of the house of what they needed to repair and show me the repair or anything Of concern that I might need to know about my crawlspace! I would definitely use this company again and refer them to friends and family!

  Do not use. They will have to send someone else out to pump the septic tank before they do anything because they do not do have the equipment to do it. They do not do any work beyond the house. Meaning No septic tanks No septic fields. They can put in a hot water heater and change out a pipe that will fall apart within days of installing for $7000. Then claims it's under warranty but yet they want you pay to have it pumped again $475 and then pay an additional $325 for another evaluation and $99 to look at the pipe that's supposed to be under warranty. Which they did waive the $99 fee. No offense regarding the boys that work for the company. They are young and nice and talk like they know what they are doing. Not so sure they do. Very disappointed and an unsatisfied customer. Will not recommend them and will not use them again. Can't see how they call themselves a plumbing company when they have you to call elsewhere to have other companies come in to do most of the work. Use them at your own risk. Poor service. Useless warranty.

  Replaced my water pressure valve and then decided to replace my water heater and pressure relief bladder due to it’s age.After Adam tested my water quality from my water utility we decided to install a water softener system.I had never heard of the Novo water softener brand. Upon researching Novo it happens to be considered one of the best softeners available for its price range. I also had never heard of the Lochinvar brand of water heater. After researching this brand it turns out to be very highly rated. Adam stated this brand is only available thru dealers due to their higher standards. I asked many questions several times after Adam had left our house and he answered all my questions promptly. Due to my answers I changed my decision on the location of the water softener placement.This required a new price estimate due to the extra work required. The new price was very reasonable. He and his helper did a great job and completed it the next day! I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!
